A report for credit notes

Very new to NAV very LITTLE training. Is there a place I can puts notes on a customers account and then run a report to show all my notes?

Hi,

The short answer is no , the longer is : there is a note field per customer for example and your developer/partner could amend one or another report to show those comments.

Or do you mean ledger entries rather?

Hi Winona,

Step 1:- Open Customer Card.On the right sida of the no field you can find a Comments button as like below

Step 2:- Click that comments button it open the comments sheet.

Step 3:- there you can add comments against a customer this will be stored in table 97

Step 4:- design your repot with 97 table as data item
