'A key with the name 0.00 already exists

Hi frnds,

When i’m validating Journal from Project → journal → items → lines → validate , i’m getting error like 'A key with the name 0.00 already exists. but there is no line number 0.00 in InventJournalTrans.

same error i’m getting in Inventory Mgnt → jouranl → movement → lines → validate .

If any one knows pls help me to resolve this issue.

It seems Index is missing in ir table.
