We have an on-premises instance of BC. We have had some users layouts change on card views, such as the item card, from 2-column to 3-columns. We are also in a GCC High environment. Is anyone aware of what updates may be causing the change? Is there a way to choose between the 2-column and 3-column?
If you’re an on-premise install, nothing should change unless you applied some updates. That’s one of the benefits of being on-premise.
Yes, which makes it more mysterious. I believe it is display settings related. The users with the 3 column layout see it as 2 columns on their laptops. It doesn’t appear to be resolution.
Solved! The Chrome settings are at 90% zoom for users with 3 columns.
