Zeta fax V Microsoft fax

I need to provide a fax solution which sends a batch of faxes to many customers automatically overnight. I know I can embed the fax number within the reports using zeta fax. It is possible to do something similar using Microsoft Fax Server 2003 so that there are no prompts for the fax number? Thanks Roddy

Using Zetafax you need to: install ZETAfax as a faxserver; install that fax server as a printer(?) on the client PC; change the Navision reports so that they have an additional header and footer. The header specifies the fax number etc. and the footer specifies the end of document. Check the version of Zetafax as there are restrictions of queue size and avaliable functions.

Thanks this is quite interesting. We need to be able to fax several documents in one go under program control so we must to be able to suppress ALL dailog screens associated with printing/faxing. Would this be possible with Microsoft client/Microsoft Fax Server 2003? How much does this cost?

Like everyone else, I can’t really answer your direct question, but I do have to agree with everyone else that Zeta fax works nicely with Navision. Just make sure to use the seer version.
