Workflow workitem could not be created. Insufficient rights of user AE

Hi All

In AX2012 Workflow i am getting one error " Workflow workitem could not be created. Insufficient rights of user AE (Asstnt. Engineer).

CCE (Customer Care Executive) Submitted the workflow
Then the workflow is activated and goes to AE for next approval.

When we are providing AE user to roles
AE
Systen User and
System admin
Then it’s work fine.

But here we need to remove Sysadmin, because we cann’t provide Sysadmin access to User AE.
In that time when we open with AE credential then in Workflow history Status shows STOPPED(Error)

Error : Workflow workitem could not be created. Insufficient rights of user AE.

Please let me know solution then it’s very help ful for me.

Hi Arpan,

Which account are you using for workflow execution, does it have access to the DB?
