I am getting error in following screenshot while rejecting a workflow

Shouting won’t help, but what could help is providing more information. Your version of AX, whether it’s a standard, customized or custom workflow, when it stopped working and so on.

Its AX 2012 and customized one. while we are rejecting its showing following error.

I can’t comment on your custom code. Run the workflow through Tutorial_WorkflowProcessor and debug the code.
