There is no such resource. The consultant must sit down with the client and map out the process flow for the customer, then they have to take this to a developer who has to develop all of the controls to be used within a new configuration, and once complete the consultant configures it and roles it out. The purchase requisition one is the example most use as a control. Basicallty if you want a new one you need a developer as well as a consultant, you cannot just configure them out of the box.
I do agree with adam. you need to develop the workflows what you have mentioned.
You have some standard steps for developing the work flows in ax 2009.

I Know how " work flow works " and how to configure it but it is not happening when i apply it in real scenario.
I am Aware that Implementation Partner Configure it for the Implementation Group. But our Implementation Partner is not so Strong and not able to Configure it.
This is My Second Life Cycle on Axapta 2009. But in First I never had taken care of Workflow configurator.
I want to Make Book , Like Working with Axapta 2009 Step by Step Procedures with Screen Shot for Novice User.
Microsoft Themselves not good at making Document…i want to make Document which can be spooned feed to any Damn User so that he can able to perfom the operation without anybody’s Help.

Then you need to write it. Every customer is responsible for writing these because there are different processes, working practices and modifications. Microsoft give the end user the informaiton to get a base understanding of the base software and its potential configurations. End user customer specific manuals are the responsibility of the customer - so get writing [:D]

What I Meant was ,Book on Basic and Common Functionality…Otherwise I know there are billions of industry with Many thousand diffrent Processes for the Diffrent Cycle.
Also One can make base of the book and at least understand the use of Functionality.
Ex. Leads, Opportunity in Axapta 2009 CRM, May be processes are Diffrent for the various industry but the Concept Remains the Same.
so Just Basic Understanding of AXapta 2009. or say on Vanilla Flavour of Axapta 2009 Understanding.
There is a CRM manual but you need to get it from your partner, it is not written by MS so it is not on customersource to my knowledge, this explains all the basics, along with all of the other modules.
The issues with the book writing is that by the time it is written and published it is out of date as the next release comes out. However if you search for AX2009 on something like amazon you get a pretty comprehensive list of what is available.
I think Microsoft has provided the basic documentation for all functionalities - with scenarios (Contoso company)
What else documentation you are expecting from MS???
