WMS Mobile app scanner device giving Request_session_token_error

Hi All,
We are using scanning device for WMS mobile app and we are getting error related to session token.
Initially it was working fine but from past 3-4 weeks while we doing scanning after every 2-3 scans we get this error:-
“ServerException : An exception occured when invoking the operation - The request contains invalid session token. Please log in again to continue working on this device. Warehouse mobile devices session token protocol violated. Request_session_token_error”.
this the error which we are getting after every 2-3 scans. and we are not able to find the exact issue.
Also, we are getting this issue only on UAT and Prod environment, In Dev machine it is working fine.
We check all the configuration related to the device and also try to debug this issue but didn’t get anything.

This could be completely unrelated, but have you started the transition to User-based authentication? Client secret and certificate configuration is being deprecated and will be removed by July 15h:

Thanks for the reply!
So, yes we have started the user based authentication in march and it was working fine and after 1-2 weeks we are facing this issue.
we also re-check all the configuration and didn’t find anything.
so, what else you can recommend that we can check for.
