This poll is primary for end-users. What is to you the most important reason for updating/upgrading your solution? The product doesn’t matter, but think about the list time your system was updated (i.e. 2.5 to 2.6, not just hotfixes) or upgraded (i.e. Financials to Attain).

What about the option “Because some brain surgeon at MBS has decided my current solution will no longer be supported beyond Christmas”? Isnt that the main reason customers get forced into accepting an upgrade?
Hi Simon, This is the way to exist … We have to update from 2.01 to 2.60 cause the support for our solution of paying our workers is deleted.
