Why In Reports some columns only Red colour?

Hi,

Please tell me in Reoprts some columns only came in Red colour ?Please Tell me the reason…

These are some of the observations,

The reasons for this may be,

  1. If you are using a field in a report directly from the report datasource - and it has an Extended data type with a relation

then the link will appear and based on the tablename used in the relation it will take you the form

if form exists with same table name.

  1. It also depends on the FormRef property. When you use a primary index field on a report, this form is available as a link in the report.

If you leave this field blank,the system attempts to display a form that has the same name as the table.
