Hi All,

Need ur help…Plz help me out…

Due to some reasons Our AX crashed and we uninstalled the ax n DB and re-install it again…After importing the backup(Our Model) and tried to compile and synchornize the DB it…suddenly dialogbox is appearing as server is unavailable.check your configuration and network settings…Plz Help me out…

It sounds like that the AOS crashes. Is it so? What do you see in event log (especially on the machine with AOS)?

Yes wen AOS crashed we got an error that below you can see…

Hi,

Actually that message is from the crash dumps from AOS server…Event log does not give any proper error message…I used DebugDiag and analyzed the crash…

Did it worked before importing your model? Maybe you didn’t initialize the DB correctly.
