while doing sales order refund error in ax 2012

Hi,

while doing refund in ax 2012 an error occured while voucher creation “update for the voucher crew00001486 has been cancelled due to over settlement.the customer or vendor balance must not exceed the transaction amount” in sales order.

Hi Sudha,

We have experienced the same issue in AX 2012 R2 CU7 and it is always relevant to a refund. Can you please advise how you managed to fix this issue.
