Which type of benefits a customers can get if customer enroll in BREP ?

I want to know which type of benefits customers can get if they enroll in BREP for microsoft dynamics product. Can a customer get the functional or technical support from microsoft for dynamics product. i.e. dynamics ax 2012 r2.
