'When I go to post a sales order, this message comes up, "Posting Date is not within your range of allowed posting dates in Item journal Line
Date format: dd/mm/yy
The GL setup is 31/06/10 - 31/05/11
The Admin User Setup is 01/11/10 - 30/11/10

Change the Allowing Posting Date from in both (G/L Setup and User Setup) to 11-05-2010 or earlier.

I can not do that since my old months are closed and if I open them…all my data will b changed…

What is it trying to post - just ship, or invoice, or is there something else going on here that is modification driven?
Your user dates have precendence so there is a date outside of November preventing the posting as you have defined it should.

Ship and Invoice
If it was only shipping and invoivinf with a November date it would work fine. I assume you are teh admin user you reference for dates.
I would run it into test, remove the date restrictions, post it, analyse the transactions and see what on earth it is trying to do.
