You would need to start looking at the release notes. The obvious difference being azure based and ui.
There are so many differences, in architecture, functionality, ways to customize the application, deployment, licensing… It can’t be answered comprehensively.
Fortunately you can get some idea from the documentation: What’s new or changed.
