WEIGHT UOM Error

I am using a config pack to upload Weight UOM. Prior to doing this I uploaded the item UOM with no issues. Now when I upload the Weight UOM I get an error saying “The WEIGHT UOM of Table Item contains a value (KG) that cannot be found in the related table Item Unit of Measure”. I double checked everything and KG is in fact there. What is causing this error? I also noticed when I look at the drop down for Weight UOM on the item card, that the Item UOMs that I uploaded were not showing there?

I suspect you are working with an ISV product or a modification. As that does not sound like a base NAV field.

Weight UOM is in the item card. I am using Business Central 365.

That’s not a standard Microsoft field.

Katherine,

Are you trying to populate Item Card field called Gross Weight or Net Weight? Are you trying to populate the field Maximum Weight, on Bin?

The field you mention is NOT standard in BC. I would call your Partner.
