If I send a request to for a service call from the Navision to any website admin, may I know through which ‘Port’ Navision sends the webservice request?.

Which Version are you using?
You can check the WebService Port no. in CustomSettings.config file which will be under default path C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\60\Service
and default Port ID is 7047
