Warehouse Pick Serial No Error for a Lot tracked item.

Hi Guys,

We are using WMS, and during warehouse pick of a item which have Item Tracking Code as Lot(Lot Specific) we are getting Error-'You must Specify Serial No…".

we have defined SN Warehouse Tracking = true.

But why serial no error is coming if this is a lot tracked item.

Note- We have already specified the Lot No. on the pick lines.

The tracking code set against the item has serial number tracking = true set? If so you need to also define the serial number, these are not exclusive, you can have serial and lot numbers for one item.
