Want to know the process of multi level pegging in production order

Hi all,

I have to know how the downstream and upstream values are populated in multi level pegging form of production order and and with what condition it is sorted in the tab and in what order for each production order the sales orders values are selected and fetched for pegging that particular production order. Please suggest a solution on the process.

Simply put it is huge, it depends upon the settings in the plan, the coverage group, the item coverage group, the demand and supply balance along with stock and other transactions, if of course these are activated in the plan. Basically date based on quantity when you need it, but it is so much more complext than that and completely dependent upon configuration.
