Want to add web form in EP in ax 2009

I created a web form in ax 2009, after that I created a display web content for that web form.

Now I want to add that web form in EP, for that I created a web part in EP in that I am using a Web form Web part… In this Web part I am calling this form but after clicking on EXIT EDIT MODE, that form is not displayed their.

For solving this problem what I do?
