If you enter a scrap percentage on the BOM line the scrap is added to the consumption line and an individual negative entry is ALSO created for the scrap doubling the scrap percentage. http://www.mbsonline.org/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=14898

Hi Steven , Scrap % only doubles up when you specify it in Item BOM level, But if you define it at Production BOM then it works fine.

Hi Ajay It is a known Production BOM issue in version 4.0.
