# VendSettlement - how does it work. Part 2

I have a vendTrans for the amount X.  
When I click on the menu item “Settlement view” I have 3 lines:

1. For X
2. For -X
3. For -X  
What does this mean for the business/what user has done?

PS: I have nothing appearing in the “Undo settlement” and in vendSettlement table I have only two lines for X and -X. (but since both have canBeReversed = 0 then they don’t appear in the “Undo settlement”)
