Vat Statement Report is not working on user

Hello ,### On VAT preview, there is two custom field named start and end date. when user enters date in these fields then system applies filter on date filter. But sometime this is not working on some of users screen. But it always work on server.### Please suggest me.### Thanks In Advance

Are you sure there are open entries in that period? Run table 254 and apply the same date filter but for open only.

Also assume other tabs on report pre run are blank?

when i am apply filter on this date ,The date filter is not apply and print Report is blank ,But another user apply same filter the vat statement report is working & display the record.
