User - Roles - Permission sets

Hello there,
I really need some help on user roles – permissions etc in NAV 2013R2.
I have created a new user “Windows Login” and I have given some permission sets and Navigation pane changes. Everything works great now and I want to give these changes to my customer.
Any ideas on how to do that?

You have to create same permission sets again in Customer database.

Please check whether you can copy and paste in customer database.

or you can use rapidstart packages or xmlport etc
