I have a problem creating templates. When some users right-click a customer, vendor or item and goes to “record info”, the part were you create templates are missing. When i’m logged in as Admin it shows, so im pretty sure this is a permission problem, but i’m not able to find the right permission to activate.
I should have mentioned this at first, but the function “Record templates” is active, and accessible under Basic > Setup > Record Templates. So the users are able to see existing templates, but not to create new from “Record info”.
