Hello,
The user cannot see the ‘Physical Reserved’ column on their grid view in ‘Backorder lines’, but when selecting the entire grid and exporting it to excel, they can see the physical reserved info there.
Could anyone help and tell me why this might be happening and how to rectify it please?
