Upgrade Customized database from NAV 2009 to NAV 2013 R2

Currently I am having NAV 2009 database (30% customized objects). I want to upgarde the same databse from NAV 2009 to NAV 2013 R2.

Could you please help me for same.

Note: I need step for customized database.

For customized database you need to compare the object with the new version and then do the merging of object.

Here you need to decide which customization you need to take forward as it might be consider in new version of navision by MS.
