Updating 'Current date and time' - Demo Box

Good Morning,

I’m currently in a Contoso demo environment and I’ve noticed that the current date and time is set to 12/6/2006. I’ve located this at File>Tools>Session date and time.

How can I update this to reflect the correct ‘current date and time’ ?
