Unable to use payment method Pay Customer Account through POS in AX 2012

Hi all,

I am facing an info log of message 'error in application’ while making payment of transaction through Pay Customer Account. please let me know your suggestions related to setting up customer account.

Please share any document or link for setups related to Pay Customer Account.

Check the event viewer to see what’s causing the error
