Unable to use "Email Purchase Order w/Terms and Conditions"

This message is for C/AL programmers:

Could not create an instance of the OLE control or Automation server identified by
GUID={1CE9DC08-9FBC-45C6-8A7C-4FE1E208A613} 7.1:{40108C54-9352-46C9-822C-027727352F00}:Unknown Automation Server.Unknown Class.
Check that the OLE control or Automation server is correctly installed and registered.

This error occurs on all users’ who are running Windows 7 with Office 2010. We are using Navision 5_0 SP1. The error does NOT occur on Windows XP users running lower level of Office 2010.

With Windows 7, we are forced to use a newer version of PDFCreator (version 1.2.0 vs. 0.9.3).

Is there a way that we, as end users, can correct this error?

You need what is using in report i.e Excel Buffer or Excel Automation.

You might need to change the automation class

As well as check compatiblity of office 2010 with NAV 5.

Okay, I am an end user and have not a clue on how to change the automation class on a function that is part of the standard NAV and not created by me. Can you offer any guideance on how to achieve that? Thanks.
