Hi everyone,
I uninstalled NAV 2013 from my computer and the uninstallation terminated correctly…but the service is still here and I couldn’t remove it…
So I had to check and I found that some folders related to NAV 2013 are still here and I removed them manually:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\70
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\70
yet, the service is still here…
What shall I do to get it removed?
try to delete from NAV Administration under all programs
services will be exist in ur computer although u uninstall the Nav 2013…To remove the services —>Goto cmd prompt–>and use this command
SC delete serviceName
Service will be deleted…
Infact, I finally removed the service by deleting the corrsponding registry key…
Now, I uninstalled NAV 2013 and I tried to install it.
The installation is completed and no error message is generated, but I can’t run anything…
for example, in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\70\RoleTailored Client\fr-FR, there is no Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Client.exe so practically no client to run…
I uninstalled and installed multiple times but the result is the same…
How can I fix that?
