Unable to post project hour journal

Dear Kindly help

The entry for category ‘Hour’ on project ‘FT-000002’ cannot be posted/approved because it would cause the cost budget to be exceeded by 500.00.

You are receiving this error because of:

  1. Probably man hours are defined in hour forecast.

  2. Budget control is activated and Check budget checkbox is checked on project master.

Either you need to update the forecasted hours or need to turn of the budget control.
