Unable to open counting journal lines in AX2012 R2, if it is crated from AX Retail POS

Dear All,

We have AX2012 R2 installed at our Head quarters and linked with AX 2012 Retail POS for more than 100 show rooms. For our planned inventory counting, we are creating counting journals from our HQ and Show rooms are updating their counted details. We can access the counting journal lines from HQ. But for the unplanned counting at showrooms (Perpetual counting done at random basis), the counting journals which are created from Show room are reflecting at HQ. But WE ARE NOT GETTING THE COUNTING JOURNAL NAMES AND UNABLE TO OPEN THE COUNTING LINES…

Kindly suggest, what setup we are missing or what is the correct process to get the results.

Have you checked that the created journal have the store inventory Tab populated correctly.

This is not automated when created from inventory management without configuration of mandatory dimensions
