# Unable to create credit note !

When i am creating credit note , i am getting infolog saying “ **Line property is missing,update has been canceled** ”

though line property is having value callld " no charge" in dropdown.

Hi Satya,

In which (po/so) order your trying to create Credit note? Can you let me know what steps you have followed?

Hi Sarathy

Thanks for your reply.

The way i am doing is… PO form-\> select one PO in header which is already invoiced-\>in Header functions-\>Create credit note-\>on the credit form uncheck Delete purchase lines-\>then selecting the matched PO and line as what i have in PO form then ok-\>after that am getting this infolog.

Is this PO is raised from Projects? If not, it should not give you that error. Can you share the screen shot?
