Unable to connect to the remote server. when open report AX

Hii master,

I have a problem. when open report in Dynamics AX 2012 the error says “Unable to connect to the remote server.”

How can I solve this problem ?

Please give us more information, such as:

  1. Does it happen with all reports?
  2. Does it happen always, or just in some cases?
  3. Does it happen to all users?
  4. Did it worked before, or are you now installing a new system?
  5. If it did, what has changed?
  6. When exactly do you get this error? (“when open report” isn’t very specific.)
  7. Did you check if your reporting server is running?
