# Trouble with Navision reports and thermal printers

Hi All, I try to use Navision for printing shipment labels on Zebra and Intermec printers. Is there a way to use the Windows drivers to get Navision reports printed correctly? I got into following trouble: with some Windows drivers, say version 6.xx, the report only print the texts and with some other versions only the barcode part of the label. Texts are also printed with different size and font face as it appears in the Navision preview window. Paper size is correct and the same report printed on laser/inkjet printers works fine. What I’m doing wrong? What settings should I take care of, to print Navision Reports with this kind of printers?
