Hi there, I am building a trial balance summary report with grouped by Dimensions[1], AccountNum, Dimension[2], Dimension[3] and would like to add the columns debit and credit to my report. Which table are these found? Also I would like to add the opening balance and a detail listing for each report. How can I accomplish this. So far I have the account and dimensions and a net amount printed.

Hi, You can find additional information and guidelines in the existing Trial balance report. See it in General Ledger/Reports/Transactions/Periodic/Trial balance. I also made 2 different reports, with dimension ranges and sub-totals, starting from the existing above. Regards, Cip

That report in Axapta is too complex for me. How did u do your reports?

My reports are even much more complex than the existing. All I can say is that it is a complex job, since you need to gather the transactions for each dimension combination and also to print all the amounts (opening, debit, credit and closing) as subtotals for each dimension group. Thanks, Ciprian
