Tree Node Control in Left side of a form

Hi ,

I have form , in that right side I have grid and left side I need to create a tree node control , and on click of the sub nodes the grid should have data.

In standard AX I have a similar kind of form in Project module , Project Contracts ->Print Management.But this is too complex.

Please help me on this … if we we have a similar kind of form anywhere. Or can anyone help how to approach to develop this form.

Some of the forms in CRM have the capability of representing the data in treeNode(Sales units in setup, Campaign details in periodic), which may be closer to your requirement. You can even look into the costing sheet (from Inventory Management → setup → Bill Of Materials)

You should definitely start with tutorial_Form_TreeControl. That is a normal form in AOT.
