Transportation Details Form

Hi All,

I have a requirement where i can enter the transportation details like

  1. Driver Details(Name, Mobile No. etc)

  2. Truck Details (Type, Number etc)

  3. Address.

When i did some RnD i found there is a Transportation Details Form Available in Pick & Pack Tab of Sales order. But the thing is it is available only for LTU(Lithuana) & LVA(Latvia) Country regions.

I want this functionality to be available for me also. How to achieve this ? Can anyone suggest me the solution ?
