Transfer Receive Problem (Item Tracking)

This problem is found in Transfer Order. After posting the Transfer Shipment with item tracking line, the posting process is no error message. But, for some orders to post Transfer Receive, problem come out: 1) the item tracking line in transfer receive is disappear. or 2) “Base Qty. to Receive must be 0”, the item tracking line in Transfer Receive’s “Quantity (Base)” and Quantity to Handle (Base) is a negative number" My Company using Nav 3.6.
