Transfer order issue - Received but inventory stayed in-transit

Hey guys,

So I was looking at the inventory on hand for one of our retail stores and noticed a lot of items in the negative. Typically it’s because they haven’t received their transfer orders and started selling the inventory. Easy to fix, just receive the TO. Well, this time the TO has been received fully, but the inventory never moved from the transit location to the store location. It was a specific day and affected 8 TOs that were received at that specific store that day. The only solution I’ve found to fix this is to create a transfer (not TO) from the transit location to the store. Any other advice? Looks like maybe there was a system error that day.
