hai all…
do you know to tracking Item Sales to Purchase ?
for example for
Item A001 was sold at Sales Order Number SO8894, Delivery Order Number DO9999
i just want to track that Item A001 was bought from Vendor No V025
can you give me information from what table i must track it?
Every time you post a sales/purchase with Item tracking it creates a corresponding item ledger entry. One ledger entry per item tracking.
At ledger entries you can discover the origin document and link it to vendor.

yes i knew that already
but my question is, what field that indexing this item was bought from **** and sold to ****
You can use table Item Entry Relation. Makes a relation between Orders and Item tracking.

could we track it from sales invoice to purchase invoice?
i just confused about relation how to connect the purchase and sales in the item ledger entry
how do we know item that we sold, where it came from… (vendor)

Form Item Ledger Entries
choose one of them
and then Application → Applied Entries
so we can track it that item was sold to and we bu from…
i just want t create table like that…
Posting Date Purchase Document No. Item No. S Selling Document No Quantity Unit Cost
02/01/06 PRC2006-0001 CISF1-00009 SL00001 5 100
02/01/06 PRC2006-0002 CISF1-00009 SL00001 9 250
04/01/06 PRC2006-0003 CISF0-00061 SL00002 10 1000
i think we should use Entry No for paramater
but i still don’t get it about the relation to other tables
Which tables / relations are missing to you ?
