Is the system capable of tracing who’s user deleted posted document?
If possible, please advice where I could see the name of user deleted such document.

If you have activated Change Log then it is possible…
Fllow the navigation below…
Administration->IT Administration->General Setup->Change Log Setup.
Place a tick mark in the field “Change Log Activated”
Then Click
Setup->Tables.
here you can selsct the table for which you want the changelog
Options are --. Log Insertion/Log Deletion/Log Modification
If you select Some fields then click assist edit to select the fields for which you want to maintain the changelog.
