I use a Tool with cost of Rs 2000/- and Life is 1000 cycles
I re-grind it after 1000 cycle and cost of regrinding is Rs.100 and life is now 900 cycle.
again…
I re-grind it after 900 cycle and cost of regrinding is Rs.100 and life is now 800 cycle.
This continue till life will 100 cycle.
Kindly let me know how to map this and add in the production costing !
