In HcmWorker Table there is a field " personnelNumber" . I want to get the Lookup in dialog for personnelnumber

in ax 2012

Simply use ReferenceGroup form control bound to a worker field (HcmWorkerRecId EDT) and set its ReplacementFieldGroup property to PersonnelNumber.
