Three table filtering data

suppose i have 3 form first contain the data 2nd contain the value which is taking from first form and one action button is there

where its opening the 3rd form and there is one field in it which is not there in 2nd form but that field is there in first form

so how can i submit the button so that the same value will be fetched from the first form to 3rd form?
