This Invoice is not available for payment

Hi Gurus

I have Customer Free Text Invoice, status is open, I am paying this through Payment Journal but keep receiving this message

“This Invoice is not available for payment”

Please advise what is the issue where I can trouble shoot

Is that the exact message?
I think some one using the same invoice for making the payment. Look at the invoice in settle open transactions form related to that vendor.
