Hi,

I am trying to increase (Write up) the value of an Asset , when I post the journal, it says

“The transaction would lead to a net book value higher than Acquisition cost- This is not allowed for Asset vaule model CWIP”

What could be the problem?

which AX Version u r using. 4.0 or 2009. check whether you have selected Allow Multiple Acquisition in GL->Setup->Fixed Asset. if yes then you should be able to.
