i got this error message while click on hr worker

The total, internal size of the records in your joined SELECT statement is 49468 bytes, but Microsoft Dynamics is by default performance-tuned not to exceed 49152 bytes.

i try to do server configuration database tuning

but the max it is kept 48 already

can any one help me to fix the issue

Any changes to the standard form?

Also check if the Keep update objects config keys are enabled, disable them if you are not using them.
