The "to" field in the note is not enable in rtc

Hi All.

I want to use ‘My notification’ function in RTC, then I create a note in the item card. But I found the to field is not enable. How do we let it be enable? and can give the other logins a notification.

Any suggestion will be warmly appreciated.

I know why this happened, It seems the problem of my AD…
